Bookings are essential. Call to book on 1300 661565 or book online at www.battlezoneplaylive.com.au. A deposit of $100 is required to secure the booking. We accept internet banking (details on invoice), or credit cards over the phone (1.5% surcharge applies). Note: your booking will be confirmed only when your funds have been deposited into our account. No refunds or transfers will be provided for “no shows”.
Your deposit must be paid within 7 days of making the booking else the booking is forfeit. Any bookings made within 7 days of the event, requires full payment.
When your booking deposit has been paid, your will receive a confirmation email with a tax invoice from us outlining your booking details (NOTE: If your order is PENDING, you will be notified when the booking is confirmed either by phone call or email).
When you have read this email, you will be asked to reply that you have read, understood and accept our booking conditions by quoting your Tax Invoice number. Failure to reply may result in a booking that is NOT CONFIRMED.
All players must sign and complete our Liability Waiver which can be downloaded from our website www.battlezoneplaylive.com.au. Under 18 year olds must have a parent/guardian signature on the form. Just bring these with you on the day of event.
If booking online you can accept the terms and conditions and then this takes place of the Liability Form. Group bookings must have all players names listed to accept the terms and conditions (no forms required).
If something happens to prevent you from holding the event you have booked, you can choose to transfer your booking to another date (at no cost to you), as long as you notify us more than 7 working days in advance. Transfer fees of 25% apply to transfers under 7 working days.

Cancellations within 7 working days of the event OR change of mind will result in forfeit of deposits or fees paid. Battlezone Playlive reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time. In this instance, your deposit will be refunded in full. If a cancellation is required because of events outside of our control, we are happy to transfer to another date within 3 months. After this time your booking will be voided and no refunds issued.
Light rain or patchy weather is acceptable and does not require cancellation. But very heavy rain/lightning necessitates that we reschedule your event. Battlezone Playlive reserves the right to reschedule an activity due to adverse weather conditions. If you are unsure of the weather for your event and you haven’t heard from us, please call our booking office on 1300 661 565. If you get voice mail and it does not indicate a cancellation of the activity, then you can assume that we will be at our venue to run your event. Please understand that if you don’t contact us and the activity is ready to proceed, you will not be entitled to a refund or transfer.
